My name is John Mignano, I’ve been training since the early 70’s.

The fitness adventure started as founder of Unique Physique Fitness Equipment.

Yes, designed and manufactured innovative fitness, strength and specialized rehabilitation (medical) equipment.

And this extended into offering personal training and strength coaching services.

Getting lean and fit is difficult and confusing?
