TIP: To make your muscles work harder, use rest pause technique. Do as many movements as you can, rest for 20 seconds. Repeat once more, finish with one last round to failure. The result, a muscle that’s energized and healthy.”

Examples of strength body weight exercises:

• One-armed push-up (legs together, chest parallel to ground)

• One-armed pull-up

• Single leg squat

• Planche

• Front and back levers on rings

• Handstand presses

• Strict muscle-ups on rings

• Ring dips

• Iron cross

Tip: The story is doing any of these exercise quickly invariably results in sloppy form, unless you’ve built your rock-solid foundation of core strength with power.
