- Stand sideways next to a countertop or a sturdy sofa with your left hand on it and your feet wide open.
- Keep your right elbow next to your right hip.
- Bend your knees and hold for a second.

- At the same time, bring your right arm across your body with the palm facing downwards.
- Return to the starting position.
